A work inspired by Rube Goldberg’s machines that sonically imitates the motion, inertia, and malfunctions that occur within these machines. The narrative that informs the piece is the idea of theoretical machines that construct our country’s healthcare, legislation, and justice system glitching and crumbling during the pandemic.
